Skateboard Pirate

All aboard.... step right up folks, step into the Way Back Machine. Today we're traveling way back to 1978, when skateboarding was still in it's infancy and skateboards looked like giant flat tongue depressants with tiny, tiny wide wheels. We're talking low-rider here. Well we're guessing that our sidewalk cruising inventor got tired of wearing out his tennis shoes pushing his board along and decided to harness the wind, the wind called Mariah (there's a song in here somewhere). So he devised a way to strap a sail to his board and added a couple of steering handles and voila, he's now the captain of is own little wind powered pirate ship, er, board. His tennis shoes were saved but his silly sail sadly slipped into oblivion.
